PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS (PMI Program)
Regular maintenance on all doors will help ensure trouble-free operation. Extensive field experience has shown that breakdowns are kept to a minimum when frayed cables, worn rollers and bad bearings are repaired before the door completely fails to operate. J. B. Mathews will custom design a preventative maintenance and inspection program to meet any specific need.

FIRE DOOR TEST DROPS
The National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) requires annual - and sometimes semi-annual - test drops by trained technicians for all fire doors. We are well equipped to perform these test drops and will provide you with the necessary documentation as proof. This procedure allows for repairs to be made to doors which may not have closed due to damage, possibly avoiding a disaster for you and your employees in the event of a fire.
